COVID-19: Lobbies closed to walk-in traffic

In recent weeks we have seen a sharp increase in COVID-19 cases in our area.  We believe it is important for us to do what we can to protect our employees and members so we will be adjusting how we serve you.    Effective Monday, November 23rd, our lobbies will be closed to walk-in traffic.  Our drive-up lanes at all locations will remain open regular hours to handle your financial transactions.  We will be offering appointments for services where an in-person meeting is essential.  Our staff will remain at our branches to provide service and support to our members as best we can.   In addition to using our drive-up lanes, please consider these additional ways to perform your credit union business:

*Phone support is available during our office hours at 1-800-967-1709.

*Access your accounts via Virtual Branch or our mobile app CCU on the Go.  View balances and history, transfer funds, pay bills via bill pay, deposit your checks through mobile deposit, and more.

*Utilize our online loan and new account applications on our website.

*ATMs– Our Montevideo, Benson, and Willmar locations have ATMs available.

Please call us to request an appointment for essential in-person services such as safe deposit box access.
