Like you, we continue to monitor the latest news about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We know you have placed your trust in us and we take our responsibility to you very seriously. We are doing everything we can to make sure our branches remain open and that you continue to enjoy the same level of service that you’ve always received from us. The well-being of our staff and members is our top priority. Please consider utilizing our drive-ups, night drops, ATM’s and the following electronic services as much as possible:
- Virtual Branch
- CCU On the Go Mobile App
- Mobile Deposit – take a picture of your check within our CCU on the Go Mobile App
- Online Loan Applications
- PopMoney (send person-to-person payments using an email address or a phone number)
- Bill Pay (pay nearly any bill with this free service)
- ATMs
In many cases we can assist you with loans over the phone and with electronic signature capabilities through Docusign. Please consider calling us instead of coming in for a face-to-face visit. The more you can do online, on your phone, through the drive-up or at an ATM, the better. It reduces the chance of exposure, both for you and for our employees.
We take the health and safety of our employees and members very seriously. We have educated our employees on best practice recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and have implemented those recommendations in all our branches. And we are, as always, encouraging our employees to stay home if they are not feeling well. Similarly, if you’ve been affected by COVID-19 and need help with your account, please call us and discuss your situation with us so we can do what we can to help. Together we can get through this difficult time.
If COVID-19 has affected your employment, the Unemployment Insurance Program is ready to assist workers who can’t work, workers who have had their hours reduced, and workers who have lost their jobs as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
