Cut the cost of College: Scholarships Available
Credit unions are local, not-for-profit financial institutions. We are focused on providing members with the tools to succeed. That is why we are partnering with the Minnesota Credit Union Foundation Scholarship Council to offer $18,000 in scholarships to you, our members. A total of 18 applicants will be awarded a scholarship of $1,000. Any Co-op Credit Union member pursuing education in the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 is eligible to apply and applications are being accepted through November 30, 2023.
- 2023 Essay Question: “Who has inspired you for your personal growth, to make a positive difference and why?” (Essay tips: Please share your personal story; use the specifics you identified in the preliminary questions to write your essay)
Funds for the FSC’s scholarship program are raised each year from the Dice and Ice fundraising event and during the committee’s silent auction, which is held during the Minnesota Credit Union Network’s Annual Meeting & Convention.
