The stay at home order ended on Monday, May 18th and many members have inquired when the lobbies will re-open. The answer to that question is soon. We are planning to open our lobbies back up in phases and we are excited to see our members again. It has been quiet in our lobbies without you.
The lobby may feel a little bit different than what you were used to before the pandemic, but please know that our service and experience you receive as a member will not change. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work together to get through these challenges.
As mentioned earlier, we are opening our lobbies in phases to ensure that we are monitoring and adjusting to our new health and safety standards. The health and safety of our staff and our members is our top priority. The first phase will be limiting members in the lobby for teller transactions, loan appointments, and other appointments. We encourage you to call ahead and schedule an appointment.
Although our lobbies will open for appointments, we strongly encourage you to continue to use our drive thru, ATM’s, Virtual Branch Online Services, CCU on the Go mobile app, and contact-less services.
Here is what you will need to know when our lobbies re-open
-Appointments are strongly encouraged to avoid longer wait times.
–You will need to check in when arriving to the lobby of each branch where you will fill out a questionnaire prior to entering the branch.
-Hand sanitizer will be located at the entrance of the branch.
-Floor signs will mark where to stand to ensure social distancing.
-Surfaces will be cleaned throughout the day and thoroughly at night.
-Be respectful of staff and other members by practicing social distancing.
-Masks are available but are not required. Full face masks, masks combined with sunglasses, hats, and hoodies are not allowed. You may be asked to remove your mask temporarily to identify yourself.
-Please have your identification with you.
-Please stay at home if you are feeling sick, have been in contact with someone who has been sick, or have flu like symptoms.
While our lobbies remain closed at this time, we look forward to seeing you in the upcoming weeks. Updates will be sent through email and will be posted on our website and Facebook as we open our lobbies at our branches. If you haven’t been receiving emails from us please contact us to update your e-mail address.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through the details of re-opening our lobbies and continuing to assist our members as efficiently and safely as possible. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
