Staff at the Co-op Credit Union donate $3.00 each Friday when they choose to wear jeans to work. Funds raised are then donated to charities or community groups of their choice.
In August staff raised $135.00 for the Montevideo Area Community Foundation.
The purpose of the Montevideo Area Community Foundation is to inspire generosity and to promote philanthropy that benefits the Montevideo area, now and in the future.
