COMING AUGUST 19, 2024 – Get ready for improvements to your Co-op Credit Union Visa Credit Card website!
Coming August 19, 2024 – We are pleased to share we will be launching a new, easy-to-navigate application for accessing your credit card information. Designed to optimize your experience, the new solution provides a modern interface and can be used with any mobile device, including smart phones and tablets. Features include:
- Card Activation / Request Card Replacement
- Change PIN
- Create PIN
To ensure a seamless transition, you will not be able to access your credit card information starting Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 4:00pm until Monday, August 19, 2024 at noon. Please plan accordingly.
When you log in on Monday, August 19, 2024, using your Co-op Credit Union Online Banking, you will be directed to the new online management platform.
Important Dates / Details to Remember:
- Visa Credit Card Online Management System will be unavailable from Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 4:00pm – Monday, August 19, 2024 at noon.
- Travel Notifications will need to be made prior to Thursday, August 15 2024 at 4:00pm. If made after, they will not be submitted until Monday, August 19, 2024 at noon.
- Payment Information, Scheduled Payments, and Recurring Payments will transfer to the new Online Management System platform
